Aussie meat pie

The Aussie meat pie is an iconic dish in Australia, and it’s a beloved snack or meal for locals and visitors alike. This savory pastry consists of a flaky, buttery crust filled with minced beef or lamb, gravy, and seasonings. Sometimes, vegetables such as onions, carrots, or peas are also included in the filling.

It is often sold at sporting events, school fetes, and food trucks, as well as in cafes and bakeries throughout the country. The most popular way to eat a meat pie is with a dollop of tomato sauce (ketchup) on top

Barramundi

A type of fish native to Australia, that is native to northern Australia, but it is now widely farmed in other regions of the country and around the world. It has a sweet, mild flavor and a firm texture that can be cooked in various ways, usually grilled or fried and served with chips or salad. Normally it seasoned with salt, pepper and some herbs.
